We provide services to medical practitioners, private hospitals and aged care facilities in both the ACT and regional surrounds (Southern Tablelands, Snowy Mountains and South Coast NSW).

The Opportunity

We have part time opportunities (up to 30 hours a week) available in Canberra for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to work as part of our dedicated team providing quality customer service. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can interact well with people, demonstrate high level verbal and written communication skills and have a passion for delivering quality outcomes for customers and the organisation.

Day to Day duties include:

· Promote and display our values at all times

· Answer incoming phone calls from patients (clients)





· Respond to patient billing queries

· Receipting and allocation of payments

· Submitting claims for Medicare, DVA and Private Health Funds

· Debt collection

Applicants should possess the following:

· Experience in a customer service environment

· Superior written and verbal communication skills

· A positive attitude in relation to working in a team environment and providing exceptional customer service

· Ability to be flexible and adaptable

· Ability to multitask and prioritise in a high-volume/high-pressure setting

· Well-developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

· You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen, or hold a valid visa with permission to work

Salary Range: $27.50 - $29.18 per hour depending on experience.
