The Job
You'll become the hub between our customers, consultants and operations team.
You'll be responsible for keeping our sales calendar running smoothly and making sure opportunities don't fall through the cracks.
Your responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments for one of our Australian state markets
- Following up missed appointments and rebooking customers
- Supporting our consultants with day-to-day administration
- Speaking with customers to resolve issues and provide a great experience
- Managing your pipeline to ensure appointments are confirmed and attended
- Working closely with both the sales and operations teams to keep everything moving
This isn't a cold calling role.
Instead, you'll be working with customers who are already in our system, ensuring they have an outstanding experience from their first interaction through to their appointment.
You'll gain valuable experience in both sales and operations while becoming an integral part of the business.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 12:00pm–8:00pm.
