About the position:
Our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their thriving Property Law practice. You will manage a busy and varied portfolio of residential conveyancing files, including standard sales and purchases, off-the-plan contracts, transfers,
and first home buyer transactions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven Expert Conveyancer who thrives in a fast-paced but well-supported environment. You’ll work alongside a respected legal team and be supported by the latest conveyancing technology and systems to ensure smooth file progression from start to finish.
There are no management responsibilities—this is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end file control and working directly with clients, agents and lenders.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in conveyancing
- Strong understanding of residential conveyancing processes and PEXA
- Confident managing files from initial instructions through to settlement
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Familiarity with LEAP or similar legal software preferred
- Must have strong references available
