Location: Byron Bay / Northern Rivers (Hybrid)
Note: Must live in Byron Bay or surrounds.
Employment Type: Junior Role. Contract/Part-time (2 days per week)

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the creative and organisational side of social media.

You'll be responsible for planning, creating and scheduling content, managing social feeds, assisting with email marketing and ensuring everything is delivered to a high standard.

You'll work closely with the Director across a range of exciting fashion and lifestyle clients.

Responsibilities

Create engaging social media graphics and content in Canva/Kling.AI
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok
Organise and maintain cohesive Instagram feeds
Resize and prepare creative assets for different platforms
Write captions and copy, and manage client assets
Assist with content planning and monthly content calendars
Keep up to date with current social media trends and platform updates
Contribute to analysing content performance, then optimising and scaling based on results
Liase with clients directly and build strong relationships
Additionally build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo as needed

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience managing business social media accounts
Proficient Canva skills
Good organisational and time management skills
A good understanding of Instagram, Facebook,



Pinterest and TikTok
Experience using scheduling platforms such as Rella, Later, Planoly or similar (highly regarded)
Understanding of Project Management systems such as Clickup/Asana.
Experience using Klaviyo (or similar email marketing platforms)
A genuine interest in fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands
