Brisbane
Great leadership opportunities aren't just defined by the role - they're defined by the people you'll work with and the community you'll be part of.
This well-established before and after school care service is located within a welcoming primary school in Brisbane's inner west, caring for around 40 children before school and up to 100 children after school. It's recognised for its inclusive approach, strong community partnerships and positive team culture, supporting children from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
With experienced educators, established systems and a collaborative leadership team already in place, you'll have the opportunity to focus on what great leaders do best - develop people, maintain quality and continue building a service where children, families and educators thrive.
About the Role
As the OSHC Coordinator, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the service while fostering an environment where children, families and educators feel connected, valued and supported.
