We are looking for experienced Multi-Cloud Architects to support a major enterprise cloud transformation program across AWS and Azure.

This role will suit a hands-on architect who can design, guide and deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions across complex environments. You will work closely with engineering teams, security, infrastructure, application and business stakeholders to shape cloud patterns, migration approaches, landing zones and up-to-date cloud services.

You will need to be comfortable operating in a highly governed environment, where cloud architecture must align to security, compliance, delivery and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver cloud architecture across AWS and Azure environments.
- Support cloud migration, modernisation and platform uplift initiatives.
- Develop cloud patterns, reference architectures, solution designs and technical roadmaps.
- Work across landing zones, networking, identity, security, governance and automation.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure designs are practical, scalable and deliverable.
- Provide technical guidance across infrastructure, DevOps, application and security teams.
- Support design assurance, technical governance and stakeholder engagement.
- Help drive best practice across cloud architecture,



automation and secure cloud adoption.

Required skills

- Strong experience as a Cloud Architect, Solution Architect or Senior Cloud Engineer in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience across AWS and Azure.
- Experience with cloud migration, landing zones, cloud networking, IAM, security and governance.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code, DevOps and automation.
- Experience with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Kubernetes or Docker.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation, design and communication skills.
- Experience in regulated, government, defence, banking or large enterprise environments highly regarded.

Nice to have
- Cloud certifications across AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Experience with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud operating models.
- Exposure to DevSecOps, containerisation, observability or platform engineering.
- Current or previous security clearance highly regarded.
