With a very strong handle on the events scene in Brisbane and some very VIP corporate clients on our books, this is the very first time this position has become available since pre-covid days. An average day is filled with corporate conferences & catering whilst our nights are filled with with more social style events such as Presentation, Networking Events, Weddings, Special Birthdays & Christenings etc.

Requirements of the role:
- Impeccable presentation
- A can do attitude
- Ability to oversee multiple event inquiries & convert to a sale
- End to end management of the event from the inquiry to post event follow-up
- Business development and sales experience
- Exceptional organization skills - you will be predominately focused on the sales of the events so your handover to the team must be flawless.
- Ability to draft rosters and run a team from start to finish of each event
- Excellent communication skills - you will be working very closely with our Executive Chef and the kitchen team as well as providing run sheets to the event supervisors for execution.
- Adaptable availability over a rotating roster, including nights & weekends with 2 weeks off over Christmas & new year every year!
- 2 years industry experience full-time in a similar role
