Operating from a large undercover warehouse facility, we offer customers a modern and efficient car-buying experience with a substantial range of quality vehicles available for immediate delivery. As a succussful operator you will proactively engage customers, manage enquiries, follow up opportunities and consistently work towards exceeding sales targets.

Working within a high-volume operation, you will have access to strong lead flow, quality stock and the support needed to build a successful automotive sales career.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey

- Managing showroom, phone, online and walk-in enquiries

- Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives

- Building strong customer relationships and generating repeat business





- Following up leads and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline

- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets

- Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism

- Working closely with finance and administration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery

About You

- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not essential

- Proven sales experience in any high-performance sales environment will be highly regarded

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Highly motivated and target-driven

- Competitive, energetic and self-disciplined

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Current Australian driver's licence (must have experience driving a manual or be willing to learn)

This position requires attendance during our key trading periods, including:

- Saturday Trading (essential)
