About the role
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking Cafe All Rounder to join our team at Leaf & Vine in Ringwood. You will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our vibrant café.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming and serving customers with a warm and positive attitude
- Taking customer orders accurately
- Preparing and serving drinks to our high standard
- Barista skills are essential for this role
- Processing payments via POS
- Maintaining a clean and organised environment
- Restocking the service areas as needed
- Assisting with any other cafe duties when required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience with table service in a cafe environment
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Barista knowledge and latte art skills
- Wine knowledge
- Availability to work mid week and weekends
