About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a genuine executive leadership role responsible for the operational performance of the business. You'll lead multiple functions, ensuring they work together to deliver exceptional outcomes.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being involved. You'll build strong relationships across the business, understand what's happening and work alongside leaders to remove barriers, improve processes and help teams succeed. You'll know when to step back and provide direction and when to roll up your sleeves to help move things forward.

Working closely with the CEO, you'll help turn strategy into action, strengthen leadership capability and build the systems and structure needed to support our team.

Success will be measured by stronger teams, better operational performance and delivering the priorities that matter most.

Key Responsibilities

You'll lead the day to day operational performance of the business, bringing together multiple functions to ensure we're aligned, accountable and working towards the same goals. You'll work closely with managers to support decision making, remove roadblocks and create an environment where people can do their best work.

Working alongside the CEO,



you'll turn business priorities into action, keeping key initiatives moving and ensuring they're delivered well. You'll also work closely with commercial leadership and build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to support the continued growth of the business.

What You'll Bring

You'll be an experienced operational leader with a proven ability to lead multiple business functions within a complex, service based organisation. You've successfully improved business performance by building capable teams, making good decisions and turning strategy into action.

You're the type of leader who earns trust by being present. You take the time to understand how the business works, support your team when it's needed and aren't afraid to get into the detail to solve problems. You enjoy developing leaders and creating an environment where people are empowered to make decisions and take ownership.

You'll bring solid commercial judgement, be comfortable interpreting financial and operational performance, and know how to balance long term thinking with the realities of day to day operations.
