About the Role

You will:

- Manage your own family law matters with confidence and autonomy;

- Appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia;

- Build trusted relationships with clients through practical, compassionate advice;

- Work closely with senior lawyers and support staff in a collaborative environment;

- Help grow and strengthen our Brisbane team;

- Contribute to strategy and the continued growth of the practice;

- Mentor junior lawyers as the office expands, if this interests you.

About You

You will ideally have:

- A current unrestricted Queensland Practising Certificate;

- At least 3 years' post-admission experience practising family law;

- Strong technical and procedural knowledge;

- Excellent drafting and analytical skills;

- Sound judgement and commercial awareness;

- Confidence managing client relationships;

- A collaborative, positive and solutions-focused approach;





- A genuine passion for family law and helping people through difficult times.

Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in delivering exceptional work.
