What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading and supporting the salon team to deliver exceptional client experiences

• Ensuring the salon runs smoothly day to day including rostering, bookings and operations

• Driving key salon performance metrics including average client spend, rebooking and weekly revenue

• Supporting team development through coaching,



mentoring and maintaining training standards

• Maintaining a positive team culture and strong communication across the salon

• Ensuring the salon presentation reflects a premium, luxury environment

• Supporting marketing initiatives including social media engagement and promotions

• Working on the floor with clients while leading the team by example

What We're Looking For

• An experienced senior hairdresser with salon leadership experience and strong industry knowledge

• A blonde specialist — confident across foiling, balayage, toning and colour correction

• Someone who naturally leads with positivity, professionalism and energy

• A passion for delivering a luxury client experience

• Strong organisational and leadership skills

• Confidence managing team performance and salon KPIs

• A genuine desire to build a positive and motivated team environment

Remuneration

• $45 per hour plus super

• Attractive commissions that reward performance
