We’re on the lookout for an experienced and confident casual bartender to join our team at Russo Estate. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a quick-paced workplace and can confidently run a bar from start to finish.

Availability is essential:
Friday nights
Saturday lunch & dinner
Sunday lunch

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality drinks and service while managing the bar independently during service periods.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and coffee to a high standard
Running the bar independently during service
Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar




Completing stocktakes and managing inventory
Ensuring efficient service during busy periods

About You:
Proven experience as a bartender in a quick-paced venue
Confident making cocktails, coffee, and all standard bar beverages
Able to work independently and take ownership of the bar
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Reliable, punctual, and professional
RSA required
