Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Purchasing Officers to manage our procurement activities both internationally and locally. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing products from China and local suppliers, ensuring the best quality and price.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the procurement process for both international and local suppliers.
Goods inwards receipting across 5 warehouses in Australia and Recent Zealand.
Maintain and update procurement records and reports.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
Utilise Netstock and MYOB or similar ERP systems for inventory and procurement management.
Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure smooth transactions and resolve any issues.
Key Skills and Experience:
Must be fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin - verbal and written.
Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in using Netstock and MYOB or similar ERP systems.
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Suite
Solid negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
