This is an Indigenous identified position.
Our client is seeking an individual to lead and coordinate an Indigenous arts development program within the Southwest WA region. This role will focus on supporting Indigenous artists, facilitating cultural initiatives, and delivering programs that strengthen community engagement and artistic development.
Key Responsibilities
Support Indigenous artists to develop and enhance their creative practice.
Coordinate and deliver arts workshops, cultural programs, and professional development initiatives.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and community stakeholders to develop and implement program activities.
Identify funding prospects and prepare grant applications to support program growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, community groups, cultural organisations, and funding bodies.
Contribute to the promotion and visibility of Indigenous arts and culture across the region.
