We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team at Connor O'Meara in our Brisbane office. This full time role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our growing business. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a positive impression and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently
Managing the front office, including receiving and distributing mail and packages
Managing Boardroom and meeting room calendars and setting up IT
Incoming and outgoing mail
Opening files, database management and client cost agreements
Management of safe custody and ordering stationery and office supplies
Assisting with a variety of other tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office
What we're looking for
Robust customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written
Proficiency in using office equipment and software such as Microsoft Office suite
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, prioritise, and work well under pressure
A strong work ethic with a skilled and mature attitude
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Someone who takes initiative and doesn't have to be asked twice
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a tidy and organised work environment
