The finance team are motivated, engaged, and high performing, with a focus on output over time in office but also ensuring everyone feels connected.

Reporting to the Head of Finance this role will focus on reporting, insights, and commercial analysis, key duties will include:
Management of a small team
Monthly management reporting and performance analysis
Financial modelling, scenario analysis, and ad-hoc business case review
Identifying and driving business performance




Providing commercial finance support and analysis
Lead the group deliverables and strategic objectives
Key driver of finance and system transformation projects

You will be CA/CPA qualified with 12+ years experience including strong experience at Finance Manager level or above within large complex organisations with exposure to FP&A;, large ERP systems and reporting tools. In addition you must be able to confidently engage with senior executives, be a strong leader, able to operate in a high performance workplace, and work collaboratively.
