Female Disability Support Worker – Morning & Afternoon Shifts

Location: Doreen, VIC

Hours: 15–20 hours per week

Pay Rate: $35–$42 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

uCare iCare is seeking qualified female Disability Support Workers to provide individual support to an NDIS participant in their family home. This participant does not have behaviours of concern. Your role will focus on personal care, following an established schedule.

Requirements
Genuine compassion for NDIS participants
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care, or Ageing Support
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the disability or aged care sector
Current driver’s licence and passport/visa
Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
Relevant qualified reference checks
Manual handling training
