Fund Accountant – Property Funds Leading Investment Manager | Growing Property Platform | Front‑Office Exposure

Our client, a leading global investment manager, is seeking a Fund Accountant to join their expanding Property Funds team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a true fund‑management environment, working closely with investment, asset management, and portfolio teams.

Key Responsibilities
Support the day‑to‑day management of property funds, ensuring smooth execution of investment and asset‑level activities.
Maintain accurate fund books and records, preparing periodic NAVs, financial statements, and internal performance reporting that informs investment decision‑making.
Partner with investment,



asset management, and finance teams to deliver timely insights and resolve operational queries.
Coordinate year‑end audits and contribute to governance processes including board and investor reporting.
Prepare periodic tax and ATO returns, maintaining solid relationships with tax advisers and authorities.
Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, investment managers, custodians, and investors to ensure high‑quality fund outcomes.

Experience & Qualities
CPA qualified or progressing toward qualification.
Strong team player with excellent stakeholder‑management capability.
Knowledge of property accounting or broader investment operations.
Keen to take ownership of a broad, hands‑on role within a growing investment platform.
Commercial mindset with the ability to build solid relationships across the business.
