What You’ll Be Doing
· Answer inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
· Scheduling jobs and handling compliance paperwork
· Communicate job details clearly to both customers and technicians
· Manage and update bookings, notes, and workflows in our job system
· Be the key point of contact and ensure our service runs like clockwork
Who We’re Looking For
· Experience in admin, scheduling, coordination or service-based customer support
· Calm under pressure, able to prioritise a busy day and solve problems quickly
· Confident phone manner
· Comfortable using computers and learning recent systems
· Can pick up systems and routines quickly, and suggest improvements when needed
· Works well with tradespeople and customers alike
· Experience in a similar industry and knowledge of "Simpro" is a bonus, but not essential
