In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities, providing high-level support that contributes directly to the success of the North Sydney Commercial Sales team and wider business.

Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate marketing campaigns and create marketing materials using InDesign, Canva, and PowerPoint.
Support the National Director and team of agents to produce agency documents for sales transactions.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and sale proposal.
Support agents in meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
Manage meeting logistics, including agendas, action items, and minutes.
Handle billing, invoicing, and expense claims.
