About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Leading Hand to join a commercial construction project in Deeragun, Townsville in QLD.

This is a predominantly supervisory role where you'll be responsible for overseeing labourers, coordinating daily site activities, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. You will often be working independently on site, taking ownership of day-to-day operations and maintaining site standards.
While occasional hands-on assistance may be required, the focus of this role is managing people, productivity, and site coordination rather than being on the tools.

ABN Engagement: $45 - $55 per hour + GST (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Supervise labourers and subcontractors on site
Coordinate daily site activities and workflow
Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards




Manage site deliveries, materials, and logistics
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure WHS compliance
Liaise with project management and provide site updates

Requirements
Experience as a Leading Hand, Site Supervisor, or Senior Labourer
Robust leadership and communication skills
Commercial construction experience
White Card and current driver's licence
