Osborne Park Suzuki & Isuzu is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Parts Interpreter to join our growing Parts Department.

This is an excellent chance for someone looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. You'll receive on-the-job training while learning all aspects of automotive parts interpretation, customer service, inventory management, and trade sales. About the Role

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will receive hands-on training and be responsible for learning to:
Assist workshop technicians, trade customers, and retail customers with parts enquiries
Learn to identify and interpret automotive parts using manufacturer catalogues and dealership systems
Build relationships with mechanical workshops, panel repairers, and trade customers
Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
Assist with stock control, receiving deliveries, and inventory management
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient parts department
Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email




Develop knowledge of ERA DMS and manufacturer systems

What We're Looking For

Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Basic computer skills
A current driver's licence (preferred)

No previous Parts Interpreter experience is required—we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
