About The Chance

As Parts Advisor, you'll be the go-to person helping customers and colleagues find the right parts, gear and accessories to keep them riding. It's a mix of customer service, product knowledge and hands-on organisation — outstanding for someone who likes variety and a fast pace.

Reporting to the Operations Manager / Dealer Principal, your day-to-day will include:
Helping customers find the right parts and accessories, in-store and by phone
Keeping the parts area stocked, organised and running smoothly
Processing orders and keeping inventory systems up to date
Supporting the Service and Sales teams with accurate parts supply




Getting involved in ride days, demo events and trade shows

About You

You don't need to be an expert on bikes - just genuinely interested and keen to learn. You're comfortable talking to customers, juggling a few things at once, and staying organised under pressure.

You'll also have:
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and stock systems
Some retail or customer service experience
Valuable communication and attention to detail
A motorcycle licence is a plus - happy to support you getting one if not
A Certificate III in Automotive Sales is a bonus, but definitely not essential
