Millform is a well-established Australian manufacturer supplying high-quality building and construction products to customers across the commercial and residential sectors. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join their Sydney team.

The Role
Working closely with the Sydney Business Development Manager, you'll become the key contact for an established customer portfolio while ensuring enquiries, quotes and orders are managed from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing and growing existing customer accounts through proactive phone and email contact. Responding to inbound sales enquiries and preparing quotations. Following up quotes and identifying opportunities to increase sales. Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships. Supporting the Business Development Manager with quotes, customer appointments and sales administration.



Maintaining accurate customer records and activities within the CRM. About You
We're looking for someone who is motivated, organised and enjoys working with customers.
You'll bring: Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, account management or sales support. Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone. A proactive attitude with excellent follow-up skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Experience using a CRM or similar sales system.
