Front of House Staff Wanted – Zen Japanese Restaurant

Zen Japanese Restaurant in Hawthorn is looking for a friendly and reliable part-time/casual Front of House team member.

Customer service is very important to us. We are looking for someone who can welcome guests with a warm smile and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience.

Main Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting customers
Taking orders and serving food and drinks
Setting and clearing tables
Responding to customer requests professionally
Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
Working closely with the team during busy service

What We’re Looking For
A friendly, positive and responsible attitude
Robust communication and customer service skills




Ability to work well in a team
Basic English communication skills
Availability on Friday evenings and weekends is preferred
Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but training can be provided

Location: Hawthorn
Employment: Part time / Casual
Pay: Based on experience and Australian award rates
