What You'll Do:

Here's what a shift looks like for you:
Lead and fire up the crew to smash shift and restaurant targets
Keep every burrito, bowl and taco made to our recipe and quality standards, right up until close
Run smooth, rapid service and hit our speed of service goals
Sort out guest complaints quickly so everyone leaves smiling
Help train new crew and give honest, kind feedback that helps them grow
Stay on top of daily checklists, cash handling and stock on shift
Champion food safety and WH&S; so the team and guests are always secure
Keep the restaurant clean, tidy and ready to roll
