As a Senior Flooding & Stormwater Engineer, your impact will be within our Queensland operations. The Flood and Stormwater team delivers a wide variety of projects from feasibility stage through to concept and detailed engineering design and construction support. Some of their focus areas include hydrologic analysis (catchment rainfall / runoff) and hydraulic (1D and 2D) flood modelling; flood risk and impact assessment; flood emergency response; dam break analysis, development of flood overlays for Planning Schemes and Local Workplace Plans; stormwater and flood management policy and strategy; and the planning and design of integrated stormwater management systems.

You will be responsible for:
Developing and reviewing hydraulic, hydrological and water quality models and calculations for application in flood studies, flood impact assessments, stormwater management plans and design of WSUD infrastructure.
Manage a range of private and government sector projects involving direct client liaison, attending meetings, preparation of progress updates and data collation.
Prepare and review technical reports.
