PEARL DIVER

Pearl Diver is a relaxed but lively cocktail and oyster bar in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, owned and operated by industry young guns Pez Collier and Alex Boon. Pearl Diver strikes a balance between a rowdy cocktail bar and a mature inner-city eatery, with 100 seats divided into comfortable banquets, bar seating and high tops, all equally fitting for a quick CBD pit stop as they are a long, leisurely evening.

Pearl Diver is about good eating, positive drinking and good people.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing all customers with memorable, personal and unique drinking and dining experiences
Ensuring the product is consistently of a high standard
Bar preparation, set-up and standards maintained at the highest level

What You’ll Bring:
Experience in a busy cocktail bar
Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wine, and especially whisky, is highly preferred
Excellent ability to work in a fast-paced environment




A passion for hospitality and a desire to further your career in this industry
