AIM Mining Corporation is an emerging gold development company with big plans underway. We currently operate the Warrawoona Gold Project in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia and are now preparing to ramp up operations at our Nullagine Gold Project.

About the Role

Are you ready to step into a high impact role where your expertise will contribute to the success of both underground and open pit operations? AIM Mining is seeking a capable and motivated Mine Geologist to support and deliver excellence across our mine sites.

This is your chance to play a key role in optimising ore extraction, driving geological best practice and supporting safe, efficient and creative mining operations.

We are currently offering this role FIFO from Perth on a 15 days on, 13 days off roster, with immediate starts available.

Key Responsibilities

As our Underground Geologist, you will support geological activities across our underground mining operation, ensuring safe and productive ore extraction while delivering high-quality geological information. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting geological processes to optimise ore recovery, minimise dilution, and deliver accurate and timely ore delineation.
Working closely with Mining Operations,



Geotechnical and Technical Services teams to support mine planning and resolve geology-related challenges.
Conducting grade control activities, contributing to resource modelling, and maintaining geological databases to a high standard.
Collecting, validating, reconciling and reporting geological data to support production, resource growth and continuous improvement.
Promoting a strong safety culture by adhering to site procedures, identifying hazards, and proactively managing geological risks.

About You

Demonstrated experience in underground mining geology
Strong technical capability in grade control, ore delineation and geological data management
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with operations teams
