The Chance

Lead a medium-sized residential aged care home only 1 hour from Brisbane CBD. As Facility Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the operational, financial and clinical performance of the home.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional resident care.
Take ownership of the home's operational,



financial and clinical performance.
Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement across the service.
Build a positive, accountable culture where staff feel supported to succeed.
Strengthen relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders.
Champion person-centred care while achieving outstanding resident and organisational outcomes.

About You
Previous experience as a manager within residential aged care.
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration, or a tertiary qualification in a relevant health discipline.
Strong understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance.
Sound financial and operational management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
