We are looking for Team Leaders who bring presence, confidence and purpose to their work.

You will be someone who:

• leads from within the room
• sets high expectations and supports others to meet them
• brings creativity, energy and sound judgement
• communicates with confidence and care
• notices what can be better and takes action

You will hold a Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care and have the confidence to guide, mentor and influence others.
