We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. You will lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, maintain high food safety and hygiene standards, and ensure the restaurant operates efficiently while achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Lead, train, and supervise the staff.
Prepare staff rosters and manage labour efficiently.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace regulations.
Monitor stock levels and manage inventory.
Control costs and support sales and profitability targets.
Maintain a clean, protected, and welcoming environment.
