As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of the brand - creating genuine customer connections, driving sales through your product knowledge, and bringing energy and passion to every shift.
What You Will Be Doing
Creating a genuine and positive experience for every customer who enters the store
Building solid product knowledge to confidently guide customers and drive sales
Taking personal accountability for your KPIs and contributing to store sales targets and results
Processing sales transactions accurately and in line with GP banking and cash handling procedures
Supporting store presentation, VM standards and loss prevention at all times
Bringing energy, positivity and a genuine team-first attitude to every shift
What We're Looking For
Experience in a retail, hospitality or customer-facing role
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Robust interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
A team-first mindset with the drive and accountability to achieve individual and team results
