Karan-An Asian Boutique Restaurant is a growing, family-owned restaurant specialising in Filipino and Asian cuisine. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a consistently high standard.
Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal specials.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control are maintained.
Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS regulations.
Manage stock rotation, inventory, and minimise food wastage.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Train and support junior kitchen staff where required.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant chef experience.
Robust understanding of commercial kitchen operations.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.




A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience with Filipino or Asian cuisine is highly regarded but not essential.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
