We are currently partnering with a well-established landscaping and earthmoving business with strong foundations in the construction industry. Built on generations of hands-on experience, this business is known for its practical expertise, reliability, and high standard of workmanship.

With a consistent pipeline of local projects, they deliver quality outcomes across retaining walls, detailed earthworks, concreting, and general construction — with a solid focus on doing the job right the first time.

About the Role
Due to ongoing demand, we are seeking an experienced Excavator / Machine Operator to join the team on a full-time basis.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone confident operating machinery, who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a down-to-earth, hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities
Operating excavators and earthmoving machinery safely and efficiently
Site preparation, trenching, levelling, and detailed earthworks
Supporting landscaping, retaining wall, and concreting projects




Interpreting plans and working to specifications
Maintaining equipment and adhering to safety standards

Skills & Experience
Proven experience operating excavators and/or similar machinery
Background in landscaping, civil, or construction environments
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Licences & Tickets
Current Driver’s Licence + reliable vehicle
Construction White Card (Preferable)
Demonstrated competency operating excavators
