We’re currently seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong Digital Advice or Financial Services experience to join our team on exciting client implementations based in Melbourne or Sydney

About the Role

As a Test Lead, you will take ownership of end-to-end testing across client delivery programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and seamless implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the testing effort for client implementations
Develop test plans and prepare test cases aligned to business requirements
Contribute to acceptance criteria for sprint stories
Design and prepare automated end-to-end tests using low code/no code tools
Execute manual and automated testing activities
Collaborate with client-side test teams through regular syncs to align on plans, defects, and progress
Partner with delivery leads, configurators, and internal teams to ensure all requirements are met
Produce client-facing test reports and contribute to release notes
Analyse test results, track defects, and escalate issues as required




Participate in story estimation and test planning across workstreams
Support release activities including smoke and regression testing

What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst
Strong experience in Digital Advice platforms or Financial Services (Superannuation highly regarded)
5+ years across manual and test automation, including cross-browser/device testing
Solid client-facing experience with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with low code automation tools (e.g. Testim.io) and working knowledge of JavaScript
Familiarity with browser DevTools
Solid understanding of web/app architectures, Agile delivery, and the full testing lifecycle

Highly regarded:
Accessibility and performance testing experience
Experience working in regulated settings
