JE & MC Neave & Sons is seeking an experienced Production Horticulture Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of our commercial vegetable production business.

The role is hands-on and involves crop production, irrigation, chemical application, harvesting operations, machinery operation, and supervision of production activities to ensure quality, safety and productivity standards are achieved.

Essential Skills & Experience
Experience in agriculture, horticulture or commercial produce production.
Experience with agricultural chemical handling and application.
Experience operating tractors and agricultural machinery.
Ability to supervise and provide guidance to production teams.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.




Solid commitment to workplace health and safety.

Licences Required
Current Driver's Licence.
Current Forklift Licence.
Demonstrated tractor operating experience.

Highly Regarded
ChemCert or Agricultural Chemical Users Certificate.
Irrigation experience.
Machinery maintenance skills.
Experience in commercial vegetable production.
Knowledge of Freshcare Standards and HACCP.
