Operating across QLD, NSW, VIC, and WA, they have experienced exceptional growth over the past 12+ years and are looking for a reliable Yard Hand / Forklift Operator to join their busy Gladstone team.

$39.12 per hour + penalties + super

Monday to Friday | 6:30am - 2:36pm

Key Responsibilities
Carry out daily yard operations, including the secure loading, unloading, storage, and dispatch of scaffolding equipment.
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move scaffold materials throughout the yard.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Store materials correctly for easy access and productive stock rotation.
Coordinate stock and equipment placement to maximise yard space and operational efficiency.
Assist with general yard duties and manual handling as required.

Essential Requirements
Current LF Forklift Licence
Proven forklift operating experience, ideally in a yard,



warehouse, or construction materials setting
Experience with manual handling and labouring, including lifting and moving heavy materials
Basic inventory and stock control experience
Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
Must be able to pass random Drug and Alcohol Screening
Full working rights within Australia
White Card

Highly Regarded
Previous experience within the scaffolding or construction industry
Knowledge of scaffold components, storage requirements, and equipment care
