Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and develop a high performing inbound sales team through daily stand ups, call reviews and performance management.
Own and optimise the entire sales process, from lead generation through to close, driving continuous improvements in conversion and team performance.
Analyse sales data, monitor KPIs and present performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Build strong relationships across sales,
setters and customer support to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximise revenue.
Lead by example by closing sales, managing follow up and demonstrating a consultative, ethical sales approach.
Requirements:
Proven experience of at least 3+ years leading high performing sales teams with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue and performance targets. High ticket sales experience is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills with the ability to motivate, develop and hold a sales team accountable.
Experience analysing sales data, using CRM systems and making data driven decisions to improve performance.
Commercially minded, resilient and highly organised, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, target driven setting.
Experience working with senior leadership, with marketing or agency sales experience considered a robust advantage.
While experience in marketing offers or agency sales is highly desirable, it is not a strict requirement. We're primarily seeking candidates with a solid sales background and a passion for delivering results.
