An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service & Data Entry Officer to join our team at our Gepps Cross facility.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring information is entered accurately and efficiently. You'll play an important role supporting our customers and the day-to-day administration of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk reception, phone & email enquiries
Greet and direct visitors and contractors
Accurately enter data for delivery dockets, purchase orders, and supplier invoices
Maintain & update internal databases and spreadsheets
Processing customer credit and debit requests
Assisting in running reports and collating data
Providing prompt and effective responses to client queries or concerns





About You:

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
Proven experience in a customer service or a data entry role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and versatility in your work
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Able to remain organised and focused when managing multiple deadlines
High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Knowledge of the Pronto system (highly regarded, but not essential)
Explicit and fluent English communication
