Burpengary Vet Hospital is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our team on a casual basis.

About the Role
This is a varied nursing position where you'll have the opportunity to work across all areas of the clinic, including:
Surgical nursing and anaesthetic monitoring
Hospital patient care and treatment
Nurse consultations
Occasional reception and client care duties
Whether you're assisting in surgery, caring for hospital patients, consulting with clients, or helping at the front desk, no two days are the same. Casual Saturday shifts are also available for those looking for additional hours.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or has equivalent).
Has a minimum of 2 years' clinical veterinary nursing experience
Is confident working in a busy GP setting.
Has excellent animal handling and patient care skills.
Enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team.
Is organised, adaptable and able to multitask.
Provides exceptional customer service and communicates professionally with clients.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, takes initiative, and is always willing to support teammates to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
Is happy to lend a hand wherever needed.
