About the role:
Manage the timely delivery of residential building projects
Track and monitor revenue targets
Uphold work health and safety duties on site
Obtain and retain a solid trade base
Perform safety and quality inspections regularly




Effectively communicate with all key stakeholders both internally and external to the business
Contribute to a strong team culture

About you:

The successful candidate must possess the following attributes
Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role
Confident but humble in your own ability
High attention to detail
Able to work independently and problem solve
Self-motivated and organised
Bring with you an existing trade base
Excellent communication skills
Strong understanding and knowledge of the NCC and referenced Standards
A trade or scheduling background
Working towards or with a Certificate IV in Building Construction
White/Blue Card
C class license
Registered Building Practitioner will be looked upon favourably
