The role
We need an experienced microcement and venetian plaster applicator who takes pride in a flawless finish. You will work across residential and commercial sites on the Gold Coast, preparing surfaces and applying premium decorative finishes to a premium standard.
What you will be doing
Surface preparation, priming, mesh and basecoat systems
Applying microcement and venetian plaster to floors, walls, wet areas and benchtops
Trowel work, sanding and sealing to a seamless, high-end finish
Colour matching and consistency across large surfaces
Keeping sites clean, protected and skilled
Working to timelines and quality standards without cutting corners
What you need
Proven microcement and venetian plaster experience (non-negotiable)
Your own reliable transport
Your own tools
A solid eye for detail and a genuine pride in your finish
Reliable, punctual and easy to work with on site
