About the Role

JOSTRANS PTY LTD is seeking an Highly Skilled Forklift Operator to join our afternoon team in Lara for the 4:00pm to 12:30pm shift. We are looking for a high-output professional who takes pride in their efficiency, precision, and quality of work.

This is a quick-paced, high-volume setting. We require an operator who is proactive, disciplined, and capable of maintaining a high tempo without compromising on safety or accuracy. We are seeking a high-output skilled who takes pride in their efficiency and maintains a high tempo from start to finish. What You’ll Be Doing
High-Precision Handling: Operating various forklifts to move, stack, load vehicles with accuracy and efficiency.
Rapid Load/Unload: Executing truck loading and unloading cycles efficiently to reduce downtime for our transport fleet.
Inventory Integrity: Maintaining flawless records and ensuring stock is checked off and stored correctly the first time.
Workflow Optimization:



Working with the warehouse team to eliminate bottlenecks and keep the floor moving at maximum capacity.

Proven High-Output Experience: You have a track record of working in demanding, fast-moving logistics environments.
Exceptional Skill Level: You are an expert operator who can navigate tight spaces and high-pressure situations with ease.

Professionalism: A valid forklift license and counterbalance forklift experience is a must, backed by a "safety-first" attitude that doesn't slow down productivity.
