Microsoft 365 / Purview SpecialistThis is an initial 6-month contract (extensions likely) with immediate start available. The role can be done fully remote from anywhere within Australia.

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Purview Specialist to join a major enterprise delivering Microsoft Purview solutions across complex Microsoft 365 settings.

This is a technical consulting role, not a records administration or document control position.

You'll be designing and configuring Microsoft Purview capabilities including information protection, data lifecycle management, retention, records management, compliance and SharePoint governance while helping organisations modernise their information management platforms.

To be successful you'll have:
Hands-on Microsoft Purview implementation experience
Solid Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Online skills
Experience configuring Purview compliance capabilities
Experience with content, records or document management migrations




Excellent consulting and stakeholder engagement skills

Highly regarded:
Government or highly regulated enterprise experience
Microsoft certifications
Experience with migration or compliance tooling

Please note: If your background is primarily Records Administration, Document Control or Information Management without hands-on Microsoft Purview implementation experience, this role is unlikely to be suitable.
