The position would best suit an individual who has some coffee experience and is looking to take it further in a supportive and skilled workplace.
The successful candidate must:
Be available on weekends;
Have some experience or an interest in the specialty coffee scene;
Have an understanding of or interest in filter coffee and tea brewing;
Be able to take on various roles behind the bar;
Be a team player, humble, willing to learn;
Demonstrate initiative and interest in various parts of the cafe; and
Be customer-oriented.
The role is full time and day hours. Suitable individuals interested in part time and casual work may be considered.
