The Sanctuary Bar & Restaurant at Mercure Bunbury Sanctuary Golf Resort is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our busy kitchen team.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:
Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required
Restocking kitchen supplies
Following food safety and hygiene standards
General cleaning and end-of-shift duties

About You
Positive attitude and solid work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting




Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided
