We are looking for a qualified Dental Assistant with Orthodontic experience preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate. We are passionate about excellent customer service and looking after our team. Full time position includes: chairside assistance in all aspects of modern orthodontics (Braces, Invisalign, removable appliances), maintaining clinical inventory, writing clinical notes, coordinating lab work, making Tru Tain retainers and pouring study models. We are looking for someone reliable, who loves kids, a quick learner who is computer literate and can multitask and work well in a quick paced setting. Your role includes sterilization, making appointments, managing workflow, preparing the Digital X Ray machine, uploading digital photographic images into Dolphin Imaging and maintaining the iTero scanner. You must be kind, patient, meticulous and able to communicate well,



be well presented, bubbly, have a positive attitude, be self-directed and enjoy delivering excellent customer service. Position requires willingness to learn and become part of a friendly team in our established family practice. Certificate III in dental assisting preferred. Occasional assistance with reception duty is required. Hours are 9am to 6 pm, on Monday to Friday. We are not open on long weekends.
