Benchmark Electrical Group is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Technician to work full time.

Work locations including Sydney metro, Wollongong, Canberra, Central Coast & South Coast NSW

The role:
Install and upgrade fibre networks & equipment
Perform trouble shooting, fault finding and repairing of fibre networks
Installation and splicing of fibre joints
Cable hauling of fibre cables
Study and interpret network designs
Ensure WH&S; compliance

Skills and experience:
Experience working on Telstra & NBN fibre networks
Experience building and splicing fibre joints




Valuable experience using an OTDR and fusion splicer
Current driver's license
Construction white card
